  1. Confused about whether to opt for fresh or artificial flowers for your wedding? Discover the benefits of artificial wedding bouquets and table decorations to make an informed decision.

Artificial flowers have transformed over the years, and can look very realistic, I pride myself on using the best quality flowers available to me. Choosing the right artificial florist is just as important as choosing the flowers themselves.

If you have always dreamt of your wedding day, incorporating peony, but your wedding day is in winter, artificial or dried flowers would be the perfect choice for you. Peony is one of the most popular artificial flowers, and comes in an array of colours.

If you are like me, and want your bridal bouquet on show in your home afterwards, then artificial or dried flowers are the perfect choice, as you can keep them for years to come, without having to press the flowers, or have them turned into a keepsake.
I personally love this, for me I loved my bridal bouquet as much as my dress, and wanted to enjoy it for much longer than a week.

I hope this has helped you decide a little further.

Struggling to choose a colour scheme?

My advice would be, to think about your favorite colours... Is this something you would like on your wedding day ?

If you have choosen a colour but not sure how it will look on your wedding day. Then I suggest get straight onto pinterest and start creating a board with your chosen colour, and then see what other colours match, or perfectly class with it.

If you are really struggling for a colour scheme, and need help, I can always help with this, there is a few questions I would initially ask you, to understand your style.

Once we have a colour to go on, and a style of the wedding you are looking for, I will create you a collage of the types of flowers I can use. ( this is just a guide unless it is a last minute wedding).

    Think this....

would you ever put hot pink and bright orange together in a livingroom? probably not. 'This bring back memories og groovy chick in the 90's for me, with the added lime green'

But put hot pink and orange flowers together and it look amazing, its all about the combination of how the colours are used.

How to make a simple bunch of flowers look a million dollars ?

    • Its all about how you arrange the flowers, bring some dimension into the full whole centerpiece or arrangement.
    • Add gypsophila you only need to use it sparingly, and it will instantly create a more romantic wedding style.
    • Gold is always a good touch to add to weddings, but don't just add it, if there isn't any gold in site. (as this wouldn't be a good choice for a rustic all natural wedding theme).

    I would love to help!

I specialise in bright dried flowers, with a luxury style. If you would like to discuss your bright wedding flowers with me you can email me to discuss your dried or artificial wedding flowers. I cover most of Yorkshire, and can deliver to all mainland UK.
