How do I hang Pampas grass decorations?
follow the link to our Instagram page, the 1st pinned reel shows how we advise to hang them.
For wedding arch decorations you can hang out decorations with tie wraps very easily.
Pampas grass displays that have been made on a MDF board, you will need screw them into the walls to secure them. Screws and wall plugs provided.
HOw do I order an acrylic Sign ?
Before ordering your custom business sign, please email us with logo, or business name and colour scheme. We will then create you upto 4 designs to choose from.
Please note we may need to simplify certain designs, as we can only cut vinyl.
If you are looking for a pampas grass decoration to match your sign, we will create your pampas grass decoration to match your colours.
If you are struggling with sizing, please measure the area and we can advise better.

We absolutely Do offer Custom arrangements.
Our most creative arrangements have come from custom orders. Whether your looking for a piece for us to create and ship out or for a full pampas installation around Wakefield, we can help.

How do I contact customer Services?
Stassi's bespoke Creations is ran by one person Stacey Wilson. I design, create, package, and customer relations.
Stassi's Bespoke Creations is an intimate business, when your are ordering from us you know you are getting the care and love of one person.
How do I cancel / return my order?
For cancellations - we offer cancellations upto 12 hours after ordering your products, aslong as the order has not already been made or shipped. After this time it is at our discretion to honour the cancellation.
Refunds - We do not offer refunds, as all of our products are handmade & made to order. If there is any issues with your order upon delivery, you have upto 12 hours to take photos and contact us. After this point we do not offer responsibility for damages.
If damages occur or you are not satisfied with your order, we may offer a partial refund, or offer to fix the issues for you.
How do I order Christmas Door Garlands?
We offer year round bookings for Christmas Door Garlands, whether your looking to order one of our store designs, or you are looking for a custom piece.
We offer monthly Christmas payment plans throughout the year to spread the cost. This also allows you to purchase your desired style, without worrying about a one off cost.
