Cancellation & Returns Policy 

Once you have purchased from Stassi's bespoke Creations. You have 24hours to contact us for a full refund. After this time the order has gone into processing, and a refund cannot be made. (this is due to all products been custom made to the individual. (some materials need to be bought in specificially for orders.) 

If you recieve your order and there is an issue with the quality or the item is damaged, please contact us within 12hours of the product been delivered, with images of the packaging, and the issue you have. After this time we cannot take responibility for any damage caused. 

If the product has been damaged from user error, when attaching it or hanging it to your choosen place, I take no responsibility for that. 

Dried Products. 

We ship dried products on a 24hours service, tracking is provided to ensure there is someone present at delivery. This is so the Dried product is not in transit for more than 72hours. 

Please note dried products are a natural product and can be misshapened, and shedding can accure. This is a natural process, but if you feel the product is not satisfactory please contact us with 24hours. If this is a courier issue, I will need to place a complaint on your behalf, before I can take it any further.

IF WE DECIDE THE ORDER IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY, WE WILL ARRANGE A COLLECTION AND FIX THE DAMAGE, THIS MAYBE TO SEND A BRAND NEW PRODUCT OUT TO YOU, OR FIX THE ISSUE ON THE ORIGINIAL PIECE.

IF IT IS A SMALL ISSUE, SUCH AS AN INDIVIDUAL PIECE BROKEN WE WILL OFFER A PARITAL REFUND, OR SEND THE DAMAGED PIECE OUT TO YOU.

Terms & Conditions

Payment Policy

Payment can be made directly through the website for items instock (specific items for PRE-ORDER can be made and shipped when they are instock), via PayPal /using your email address so I can  send an invoice. Alternatively, you can send payment via bank transfer, order via my Etsy shop which offers klarna or pay cash, all orders are paid in full. 

Payment Plan Policy

Payment plans are accepted and can be paid using paypal. A full record of your order and payments will be kept. I only accept payment plans on made to order decorations, items will not be made until full payment is made, aslong as all payments are made on time, you will have a booking slot for upto 2 weeks after the final payment is made sooner in quieter times, for me to create your order. If payments are missed, I will have to rearrange your booking in my diary which may invalidate the original time frame for your order to be complete. Vouchers can be used towards your order but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. 

Booking fee's are none refundable. If you would like a refund on your made to order decoration, booking fee's will be deducted from the price quoted. If materials have already being ordered, and you still want to cancel. I will not be able to refund you your money, but materials will be offered to you in exchange.

Delivery policy

Postal orders are sent via  PARCEL FORCE WORLDWIDE 24HOUR SERVICE, OR ROYAL MAIL 1ST CLASS. I am not responsible for loss or damage to items in the process of delivery. In the event that your item is lost or damaged, you need to process a claim with me as soon as possible so that I can investigate with the courier you maybe required to contact the parcel company yourself. A parcel is not considered lost until 15 days after it was posted. Any claims will be investigated and receive a refund upon completion of the investigation.

 

Contact information and data security

Upon ordering, please ensure that your address and contact details are correct. Supplying the correct address is the responsibility of the customer and I cannot send parcels to any address other than that stated on your PayPal, Etsy or bank transfer payment transaction. Unless you can provide the order number and originial details at checkout. 

If the order has been shipped, it is your responsibility to contact the courier service, no refunds will be made in this process. 

As a customer, you have the right to the contact information of myself. All information can be found on your invoice, my Facebook page, website and Etsy shop.

Any details you provide to me are to be used for communication purposes only and will not be shared with any other party.

Other details

All items created by myself, are not child friendly, and should not be left unsupervised, or in a place a child may cause injury. There maybe small items in which a child or animal could choke.

Please also be aware, even for decorations with images near a fireplace, the fire should not be turned on. None of my items have being tested to be fireproof.

Process & Time Expectations

Custom Orders 

  • Contact us via Email Social Meida or Phone 
  • Discuss requirements, with and relavant specificiations, (colours, size, measurements of space you are intending of using the product, photos of the area intending to use the product ( if neccessassary) Specific materials or products you would like. 
  • Once happy with our decision, we will process the order.
  • You have 24hours to cancel the order, after this time we will have already processed the order into creating it 
  • Products usually take 1 -2 weeks to create, in quiet times this can be faster, in busier periods this can be longer ( we will contact you with any alterations to the order ) 
  • Please provide us with a date if you need it faster, we will do our best to accomadate this for you, but cannot guarantee
  • Delivery service is 24hours with PARCELFORCE WORLDWIDE
  • smaller items are 1st class royal mail 
  • we aim to ship on MONDAYS, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAYS
