    Why Choose Dried Flowers ??

    Types of Bridal bouquets.

    • Traditional fresh flowers
    • dried flowers
    • artificial flowers
    • crafty bouquets ( brooch/button/ paper flower)

The list is endless with all the unique bridal bouquets on the market, but if you have found my blog you will considering a more BOHO dried flower style.

    Dried Flowers

A lot of people still think of pressed fresh flowers in a scrap book, when you say dried flowers. Even today in my business, I have a very vivid memory of my mum pressing my bridesmaid bouquets into a A3 scrap book, for me to keep.

oh and not forgetting your grandmas pot pourri in her rest room.

But dried flowers have come a long way since then, they are used in daily life, they have vastly overtaken artificial flowers when it comes to choosing your wedding flowers and even home decor chooses.

    Why is this ?
Well the more BOHO less traditonal and structured wedding styles have become increasingley more popular, and don't seem to be fading away.

They are timeless, and contemporary all at the same time. With so many different styles of dried flower bouquets to choose from, your mind will be blown.

But what are the benefits of dried flowers ?

    • The scent is incredible with the likes of lavender and eucalyptus.
    • They last for years to come. ( reuse in your home)
    • mix them with 100's of different varieties, aswell as artifcial flower stems.
    • Dried flowers will not wilt ( preserved Flowers can wilt in high humidity).

I have added a few photos to show some of the different styles of dried flower bouquets you can choose from, the majority of my clientele love to add pampas grass to their bouquets.

  2. Why chose dried flower bouquets ?

A bridal dried flower bouquet is an elegant and timeless piece for your special day, offering a unique blend of beauty and durability. Unlike fresh flowers, dried flowers can be kept as a memento for years to come, creating your very own custom keepsake in your martial home. To create a stunning dried flower bouquet, it is essential to carefully select the right flowers, properly preserve them, and thoughtfully design the arrangement, this is where I can help.

Dried flower bouquets come in an array of colours and styles.

    • dried wild flower bouquets
    • eucalyptus dried flower bouquets
    • structured traditional style dried flower bouquets
    • a mix of dried and artifcial flower bouquets (this is one of my most popular choices)
    • preserved flower heads and dried flower bouquet
    • pampas grass bouquets.
    • bright coloured dried flower bouquet
    • neutral dried flower bouquet

Some brides know exactly what style they would like. Others have no idea of the style of flowers. This is where my best work is created. There is a few questions I have to pull information from you, to create your custom piece.

I have attached a few images of a few dried flower wedding bouquets I have recently created for brides in West Yorkshire.
